Terms and Conditions
Acceptance/agreement: Before booking your wedding with us please read through all the terms and conditions carefully these contain all information required for bookings and cancellation. Once you have booked your wedding with us this means that you have accepted all our terms and conditions.
Prices : The prices given on the web page are only for year of 2010.
Deposit: £500 non refundable deposit is required on all bookings to secure your date and all other third party suppliers.
Payment: 3 months after the deposit has been paid a the first payment of £1000 is required.
The balance is due 6 weeks before the wedding date.
Cancellation: If the cancellation is more than 6 weeks to the wedding date 25% of the total wedding cost will be payable.
If the cancellation is less than 6 weeks to the wedding the full cost is due. If the full cost has been paid no refund will be given.
Change of location / date: Change of location or date is subject to availability. If it is less than 6 weeks to the wedding the date or the location can not to be changed. If for any reason you require the date/location to change before the 6 weeks previous to your wedding an additional cost of £200 will be added to the final cost of the wedding.
Written errors: We can not be held responsible for any written or typing errors on formal documents given to us by yourselves for your marriage in Turkey. Please check all your documentation carefully as in the event of any mistakes your wedding may not be able to proceed.
Damages: Should any damage be caused during the wedding and celebration by you or any of your wedding party you will be held responsible and you will be liable for any costs incurred.
Time of wedding: All our weddings take place at sunset-time unless otherwise agreed.
Vehicles: We offer air conditioned decorated vehicles for bride's car and transport for the wedding party to and from the wedding location. A limousine service is available for an additional cost.
Flowers: A range of seasonal fresh flowers will be used for the brides and bridesmaids bouquets grooms and grooms man buttonholes.Also used for wedding table and wedding arch. The flowers are provided by a local florist in Fethiye. You will be able to choose the colour of your flowers and the shape of your bouquet. All are subject to availability.
Hairdressing: This includes retaining the natural shape of your hair , manicure. Hair cuts , hair extensions , highlights etc are available but at an additional cost.
Drinks: Drinks are not included in our packages unless otherwise agreed.
Extras: We can provide extra services at your wedding these include Belly dancer , DJ, live music, finger foods and fireworks.
Extraordinary/Forced events: Forest fires, earthquakes, rain etc in the event of any of these things happening our company holds no responsibility.
