Booked our wedding in 2007 with Airtours in oludeniz staying at the hotel of cur choice Karbel Sun. But was not told fully of all the legal documents that bad to be completed. On our return home we found out of marriage was not recognised in the Uk. Fallowing serveral telephone calls and speaking to Airtours reps when we returned to the Karbel Sun several times no one seemed to be able to solve our inquires. And constantly fobbed off. Then a cur return in june 2009. We spoke with the hotel manager Ali at hotel Karbel Sun. All our questions were answered and he took us to the British consulate in Fethiye We were registered our marriage in England in a matter of minutes. This provides that dealing with a big tourist company can not give you the best deal. Dealing with small compnies give you beter understanding and more personal touch. We wish we had dealt with them directly then going to Airtours who after two years had not helped us with something we had paid them to deal with.We can not thank Ali at the Karbel Sun enough for his advice and help
